About me
I am an experienced executive director, consultant and project manager with extensive experience in managing projects, programs and portfolios. I have been working in public administration and non-governmental non-profit organizations and have experience in cooperation with the private sector.
My expertise includes managing projects, programs and portfolios, stakeholders management, leadership, risk management, budget management, individual and team coaching, developing strategies and monitoring&evaluation.
My main strenghts are negotiation, problem solving, conflict resolution, effective communication, analytic, critical and creative thinking, using of participatory methodologies in design, implementation and monitoring of the projects, needs assessments techniques, organizational and human resources management skills.
